In order to improve his image, Grace brings Annie to the Warbucks estate for a weeklong visit. Annie quickly wins the hearts of servants and politicians alike, eventually even bringing her song of hope, "Tomorrow," to President Roosevelt in Washington. I noticed my 4 yr.old granddaughter paying great attention to this movie as it was being shown on TV. Every commercial she asked, "Is it coming back on Grandma?" Her 5th birthday was in a few weeks, so I ordered this as one of her B'day gifts. A week after her birthday my son texted I had won the best B'day gift award - they were watching it for the 70th time. She has now learned a few of the songs and sings them for me - so then it became a gift for me too. A BIG HIT.
