Dr. Horne is a professor at California State University, Northridge, where his course offerings have included public policy analysis, critical thinking, and advanced Pan-Africanism. He has participated in United Nations Human Rights Commission Conferences on racism, xenophobia, and intolerance, and presented at conferences in the United States and South Africa.
