Charles B. Hicks produces another excellent story featuring Alvin Fernald. Declaring on live television where he was being interviewed that being an anchorman was probably pretty easy, he was given a chance to prove it by being allowed a short weekly spot in which kids tell what they see and know that adults don't. The kids' program sends ratings so high that national networks take notice. Their solving of an old mystery on live television adds to the enjoyment of the experiment.
