Filmmaker Mark Isaacs brought a small camera crew to Barking to examine the troubled racial situation, and the documentary All White In Barking finds both troubling and encouraging stories in the changing face of the community. While a number of openly racist citizens of Barking are featured, Isaacs also finds a number of people who have come to accept their new neighbors, as Jeff and Susan strike up a friendship with the Nigerian family that's moved in next door and holocaust survivor Monty develops a warm relationship with another Nigerian expatriate, Betty.
