Cabot Does it Again!
A teenager?s life is nothing but drama. With all of the hugs, screams and tears, a high school student is the perfect subject for a book! Meg Cabot has caught on to this right away in her fabulous books, this one being one of her best. All-American Girl shows how unfair, uncool and uncensored a teenager?s life can really be. Samantha Madison lives a horrible life. She is forced against her will to take an expensive art class taught by a famous artist, her older sister is trying to give her fashion advice and make her look drop-dead gorgeous, a somewhat nerdy but still very cute and popular guy might just be in love with her and she is an extremely well known teen hero for saving the President?s life. How much worse can it get? In this laugh-out-loud novel it is hard to miss Cabot?s extremely unique and girly style. Even though almost all of her books are based on the same plot line- an invisible girl in love with a totally hard to get guy who notices her only once she becomes famous- it never gets old! Meg Cabot has hit another home run with this realistic teen novel.
