Unclipped dustjacket with minor rubbing to extremities; protected in archival mylar. Includes a letter from an editor at Minerva, addressed to T. W. Schultz at the University of Chicago. At the bottom of this letter is an autograph letter written in pencil by Schultz, stating he was interested in reviewing the book if it is worthy. A carbon copy of a typed and sent version of the pencil letter. Pencil notations by Schultz are made in the book through chapter one. The text is otherwise clean and unmarked. First edition.
