Though Varese's Absolutely the Best of the British Invasion doesn't quite live up to its title, but it does collect some of the best British Invasion singles, including the Moody Blues' "Go Now," the Yardbirds' "Shapes of Things," the Kinks' "Well Respected Man," Status Quo's "Pictures of Matchstick Men," and the Tremeloes' "Here Comes My Baby."
