Being not convinced about the official origin of the disease, I hoped this book would shed some light on that theory, instead this book does too much to blame one person as the original cause and a strong lobby against a quarantine of the sick and infected people as the result. The beginning of the book is very political in its attack on the lobby behind the prevention of the measures needed to slow the spread of the HIV epidemic. The writer maybe right, but it is not along the line of my own line of reasoning. I have not yet finished the book, and may never do, as other books have arrived with more current affairs.
