His support team remains vigil for any avenue ( legal or otherwise) that can free him. In the face of these challenges he remains dedicated to changing the Law of Parties ( the statue that allowed him to be sentenced to death) with the hopes it'll help save the lives of others sentenced to die though they never killed anyone nor intended a life be taken. Having been incarcerated since 1996, prison and political activism has become embedded in Kenneth's DNA. He remains active with the work to shed light on mass incarceration through his writings, youth outreach and work with National Lawyers Guild, Prison Justice League and the Campaign to End the Death Penalty.
