And this the said plaintiff prays may be inquired of by the country, &c. Precfudi non, as ante, 1145, first form.'--because he saith that thero is not any record of the said supposed recovery in the said ploa mentioned, remaining in the said court of our said lord the king, before the king himself, or, in C. P. "of the Bench aforesaid," at Westminster aforesaid, in manner and form as the said defendant hath above in his said plea alleged, and this he the?nh plaintiff is ready to verify when, where, and in such manner as the court here shall order, direct, or appoint, and because the court of our said lord the king now here, or in usual to protest the delivery and traverse the acceptance, (Morg. 233.
