In point of order'howcver it was necefl'ary to be placed the lafi this is the reafon that the paging recommences with the Defence. It is likewifc necefiaty to add, that it mufi be read under the fuppofition that the trial had proceeded, the witncfl'cs had been heard, and that the pleadings of my counfel were finifhed for under this fuppofition it was written.
