Very informative book highlighting the old-earth controversy for Christianity. It is written very respectfully and not as a demeaning authority. Nevertheless, the author brings his own research as an astrophysicist and theologian to provide compelling evidence for the old-earth theory. The author includes facts from physics and from Christianity to back his view. Truly a must-read for anyone interested in religion.

Excellent Resource on Little Known Topic
Amid all the clash about evolution v. creationism is a different approach, presented very well in this book. "Creationism" has come to be a euphemism for "young earth." This book is a well-articulated "old earth" approach to Christiantiy that completely melds the record of science and the literal record of the Bible.
