The dustjacket has some wear about the edges from shelving, some very light sunning and marking. It is comfortable and secure. The boards are placid. They have gentle shelving marks to the edges; they are handsome and healthy. The contents have evidence of attentive use throughout. There a number of user corner folds. The book has also suffered a little from the quality of the paper used in South Africa at the time. There is tanning to the edges of most pages.
