Whoa, is this a weird release! The whole idea behind Buddha's 20th Century Time Capsule is to offer a whiplash oral history of the information century, by presenting audio clips from each decade. It could be from speeches, events, ads, newscasts, even records -- doesn't matter, as long as it's representative.
