I ordered with the wrong shipping address. SECONDS after placing the order, I emailed the seller Ebooksweb with my updated address & told them I put the wrong address. They just said "Too late!" But didn't ship for a week. Still shipped to wrong address!

My order for this item was accepted. Ebooksweb listed 2 copies in stock. An e-mail informed me that the order had been shipped. Now, nine days after shipping, a refund has been issued. So, what am I to conclude? Is the item now free? Utterly shambolic.

Bad experience all-around. 10 days after my order was apparently shipped, looked up my order and see it was cancelled with no notification, and "refund issued. It's now 4/8 and have not yet received my refund. Very poor communication and service.

claimed to send me my book and gave me a fake tracking number claiming it was an error that they couldn?t send me a real one, and the whole time the book was still listed for sale. they never shipped me my book and just lied to me.

Attempted to buy from this seller twice. First time they cancelled my order as they didn't even have the box set. 2nd time put a bad shipping number and I have no idea whether the item was even shipped. Most likely they have wasted my time twice.

I am disappointed in the condition of this book. It was listed as "new" but has arrived a bit beat up, with a tear in the dust jacket and a Sharpie mark on the bottom of the pages.

I always go to the details of the book and look for "like new" or equivalent, with no markings on any pages. I have been very impressed with the quality of all of my purchases. Also, the pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend Alibris.
