Book listed as VERY GOOD was so horribly damaged that it was not readable. Seller never responded to my email about this. Book full of food and coffee stains, yellow pages: Not very good!!

Listed condition is "very good" Book is heavily highlighted with marker and has twenty or so "sticky" tabs on various pages. It is doubtful the tabs can be removed without damaging the page. Shipping was in a plastic bag no protection to the book.

Seller listed book in "Good" condition but sent me a beat-up library copy. (It may have been damaged in the mail due to their poor packaging.) I emailed them multiple times for help but they never even responded. This was an awful experience overall.

Item never arrived. Tracking number never showed any movement after supposed shipping date. When this was pointed out to them, they sent the same worthless tracking number again. Never responded after that.

They used the order number for the tracking number, sent a note to let them know 2X . They finally sent a pat answer about how to track. Tell me how does one track an order with an order number? Not good at all with customer service!

Book was described as very fine. Item was very worn and I would call it fair. Seller didn?t provide the correct tracking information. I had to use ?contact seller? twice to get the correct information.
