Seller didn't reply to my to my direct message. Matthew Store printed the label only AFTER I contacted Alibris to complain on day 15. It was the last book to arrive in a large order, on day 21. Won't use this seller again.
Book received in excellent condition exactly as expected. Delivery was somewhat late but due to slow shipping method. It would have been good to have an expedited option available for quicker delivery.
Excellent support from seller! I needed to match textbooks for our engineering program, and they were instantly responsive and helpful. Great experience! Thank you!

They keep lying to me about my book and I still have yet to receive it. 12 days and not even a correct tracking number. Will never buy from them again
