This was NOT the book I ordered. I contacted the seller and they will only refund the book price if I ship the book back (at my own expense), but not the shipping costs, which are greater than the book price. Very unsatisfied.

The book was in good condition except for writing on the inside cover in large letters, in ink. That was a turnoff for me since that was not mentioned in the description. Had I known, I would have purchased a different copy of this book.
