I can praise the promptness of the bookseller and the post office. I ordered the book on Saturday, April 8 from Denver, and it was in my mailbox in Bumpkinville, Georgia on April 10 in excellent condition. Beat that Amazon!

The book was beautifully wrapped and in superb condition. Delivery was six weeks after the "expected to arrive" date but, because of covid, that is normal at the moment for parcels from the US to Australia.
