The book was listed as "good to very good", and with unmarked pages. Two of the pages have pen scribbled over them, the title page is torn and one of the pages has the text scraped off so that you can not read part of it.

This dealer sent me an incorrect item and refused to give a refund until I returned it. I asked for a prepaid return and was refused. I spend thousands every month for documents, but NEVER again with this dealer.
