A plastic bag (added to the carton box) would complete the packaging to protect the book from possible contact with water.

The package has been damaged in transit. This is probably due to the transport conditions. However, reinforcing the packaging (cardboard) would have minimised the damage.

My order for this item was accepted. Blackwell's listed 4 copies in stock. An e-mail informed me that the order had been shipped. Now, nine days after shipping, a refund has been issued. So, what am I to conclude? Is the item now free? Utterly shambolic.
