Webb Pierce was the most commercially successful country artist of the 1950s, racking up more Top 10 hits that decade than any other, and he knew how to live the honky tonk image, too, right down to the fancy suits, big cars, and a guitar-shaped swimming pool. This three-disc set contains his charting legacy. An amazing 50 of the 62 sides collected here hit the country Top 10 between 1952 and 1962, including his signature "In the Jailhouse Now," which hit the top spot of the country charts in 1955. ~ Steve Leggett, Rovi
