Sir Alec Guinness also appears as a fussy, slightly effeminate Marley's Ghost. Intriguingly, Finney performs his many songs live, without post-production dubbing. Hal Erickson, Rovi

This is indeed a great movie, one my family watches each Christmas eve. I ordered 3 copies on November 28 and after asking where my shipment is, I found that I can expect this order to arrive around December 22. Imagine my disappointment as I was planning for these to be gifts that needed to be shipped. I would NOT recommend purchaing directly from Alibris, as they do not respond to their customers. The source where they got these DVD's from did respond. My best suggestion is to buy directly from the source, and let Alibris know you prefer customer service and the time frame they promise shipping from on their site!
