Very Good Addition to the Series
The book had an appealing storyline, focusing on eleven-year-old Maureen. Her family were immigrants, but now both her parents are gone. Then she joins her adoptive family, and it feels like her new life is almost the opposite of what it used to be.
Somehow Maureen starts to fit in--she finds a person in need, and then discovers that her new acquaintance can help Maureen back.
In the end, it was a great book. I do think it was better than even some of the other "Sisters in Time". There is nothing at all that I would want changed in the book--it's perfect.
If you like burglaries, mysteries, and crime, you'll like reading this story!
