Seems like civilization was always running into wilderness. Seems like about 1836 civilization began to run out of wilderness. If Biosphere ran out of air first, science, up until now has always been trumped by politics. Duck, cover, plant a flower for the bees, dig in. Don't give and inch. They never bring it up unless they want to cut it in half.
