I purchased the book on cd, since I do not have time to read much any more. It is funny, practical, and really brings to mind how much excess their is in my life.

Changed my daughter
It's about a 7 month experiment in downsizing excess in 7 common areas of life. My daughter has been going through this with some girls in college. She came home for holidays having given up sodas amongst other things and wanting to give stuff away. The latter for her not such a big deal but the sodas! I knew I had to read it. So I've just started it and invited several friends to join me. I'll write more later! I've read the reviews and the previews. Looks like an awesome needed challenge. The author's blog is very convincing.
