This book is a great acquisition, this is the second edition of Karl Brockelmann's Lexicon, has a great typography in Serto (not Estrangela), with a reference index in Latin, then one can use this dictionary for reverse translation. Of course, I know the problem with Brockelmann's in comparison with Sokoloff's edition is the lack of complete textual references and translation, but to get a Brockelmann's edition is still less expensive than Sokoloff's, and the first one is more compact than Sokoloff's edition. Respect to Latin, well, if you haven't and instrumental use of Latin, Brockelmann's edition will not good for you. As I mentioned before, I like Latin index, that in Sokoloff comes (in English) inside of compani0n CD, but when it is bought in second hand, normally CD is lost or damaged, therefore I don't like this system. I'll give to Brockelmann's Lexicon five stars.
