These are transcribed talks and this shows in the easy style and informality of each presentation. This is not adverse criticism. It made me wish I could have been present at each of the talks. The great Robert Caro reveals a little of his methods in researching his stunning biography of LBJ (but sadly doesn?t tell us when we can hope to read the final volume, with its explanation of the sea change in LBJ's policies on becoming President).
