Seller's Description:
Very Good. Very Good condition. Very Good dust jacket. A copy that may have a few cosmetic defects. May also contain light spine creasing or a few markings such as an owner's name, short gifter's inscription or light stamp.
The best wine tasting book I've read. Unlike others it assumes you know nothing so now-at last- I know what a 'flabby' wine is and that a 'long finish' has nothing to do with bike races. It is non judgemental about what to drink with what and opens new possibilities. A book for the informed and not very informed wine lover.

a necessary basic
The author takes on an interesting journey through our mouth - where we taste what etc. and that is before one really gets to the wine. Most of the work can be done alone or grab a friend - perfect for miserable weathered weekends. It is straight-forward and certainly gives you the confidence to go out and enter the big formidable world of wines. Get it, give it and your friends will thank you. For all the females out there, you can order a bottle of wine confidently at the end of this without the boys' assistance or smirks!
