I finished reading, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and I quite enjoyed it. This certainly applies to the teams I've been a part of and I also think it speaks volumes about the importance of trust in either sense of the word (predictability or vulnerability).
As management theory goes, this certainly fits in to the flavor of the month category but it is tasty nonetheless.
