A good self awareness book
This is the book that started it all in self awareness. Dyer makes a very good argument as to why we are in a never ending growth period and gets you started thinking this way. There is more than one way. How we have been programed to think and act since we were young, is questioned here. And he gives you the mental tools to undo or change that mode of thinking.
