The book covers the Greek modern history from about 1770 to the 1990's. As it is not written from a Greek author it "should" be more objective in the matters that Greeks consider as taboo topics. From what I read I am biased about this but on the other hand this is what it makes this an interesting book and the way facts presented worth reading.
