First of all, I would like to say Deepak Chopra is one of my favorite authors and I have alot of respect for him because I find myself able to understand his views on life and our creation process. There is so much in this little book that will help people in need of an abundance of inspiration in assisting one to leap toward their life's goal. It help me to understand about "The Seven Stages of God" (my favorite). I read the book and the next day I lent it to my sister to share in this great gift, she loved it also. So if you need a daily "pick me up", this is easily stored in a purse or pocket. Wonderful!
