Ted R. Johnson is a biology professor at St. Olaf College, where he has been teaching for 20 years. He teaches courses in microbiology, immunology, and cancer biology and his researchinterests include cancer biology, immunology, aging, and soil microbiology. Christine L. Case is a registered microbiologist and professor of microbiology at Skyline College in San Bruno, California, where she has taught for the past 25 years.
