Our mission is to preserve and share out authors' victories, tragedies, triumphs, and entertaining stories. Tactical 16 has two parts. "Tactical" refers to the Armed Forces, Police, Fire, and Rescue communities. The "16" is the number of acres destroyed on September 11, 2001, at Ground Zero. See less
