Since the 1970s she has offered retreats, workshops and spiritual direction in multi-faith/ecumenical settings, especially through her work at Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation in Bethesda, MD. Rose Mary Dougherty is a vowed member of the School Sisters of Notre Dame. Since the 1970s she has offered retreats, workshops and spiritual direction in multi-faith/ecumenical settings, especially through her work at Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation in Bethesda, MD.
