Roger A Kaufman

Kaufman is Professor of Educational Research, and Director of the Center for Needs Assessment and Planning, at Florida State University. He is also affiliated with the faculty of industrial engineering and management systems at the University of Central Florida. He has served as Professor at the U.S. International University and at Chapman University, both in California. He earned his Ph.D. from New York University, an M.A. from Johns Hopkins, and a B.A. from George Washington University.
