Robert Collier

ROBERT COLLIER (1885-1950) was the nephew of Peter Collier, founder of "Collier's Weekly," the famous progressive muckraking magazine, and after having started his career as a mining engineer in West Virginia, joined the advertising department of P.F. Collier Publishing Company, where he sold many thousands of books. He later became an author in the New Thought movement, an early self-help movement based on metaphysics and religion.
