Dr. Granger is a sought-after speaker with several publications, presentations, workshops, and keynotes to his credit. Additionally, he serves as the Treasurer of the Rocky Mountain Humanistic Counseling and Psychological Association and is the founder and director of Be REAL Ministries, Inc., where he serves the community by working closely with marginalized groups as a pastor and registered psychotherapist.
