Matt Kimmel is a principal with Deloitte & Touche LLP, Financial Advisory Services - Valuation Services practice and is the U.S. leader of the tangible asset advisory services practice. This practice includes the valuation of real property, equipment along with engineering and depreciation, construction, and lease advisory services. Matthew has over 24 years of valuation consulting experience along with deep expertise regarding valuation issues in both domestic and international markets. He has significant experience in various types of institutional, commercial and industrial real and personal property covering most industries. He has managed and coordinated numerous and large multi-disciplinary valuation engagements in connection with insurance, mergers, acquisitions, litigation and disputes, bankruptcy, reorganizations, corporate financial and tex planning, as well as other purposes. He has been recognized as an expert witness and testified in a number cases. Matthew is a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), (CRE).
