Lars W. Johnson was born and raised in the northwest, and has been an avid rockhound since his childhood. He is dedicated to inspiring enthusiasm and inclusivity to those new to rockhounding, and a renewed curiosity for locating, collecting, and sharing experiences that seasoned rockhounds could appreciate. He currently owns a rock shop in Portland, Oregon, and runs the blog Two Rockhounds with his wife Amber Lee.
