Ken Jennings is a best-selling author, speaker, and consultant in people and organizational development, most recently working with Young Life, the Coalition for Christian Outreach in Pittsburgh, Johns Hopkins University, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Fresenius Medical Care, among other organizations. With his partner and wife, Heather Hyde, Ken founded ThirdRiver Partners which is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that advises organizations of all sizes in strategic planning, goal setting, and successful management of change initiatives while helping leaders commit and find pathways to serving others. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Purdue University, an M.S. in Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a B.S. from the Air Force Academy.
