James (Jim) Bethune taught drafting and Computer Aided-Design (CAD) for 39 years, twice winning the Outstanding Professor of the year award. He is a certified SolidWorks Associate. He has also taught biomechanical modeling and simulation of human movement and published peer reviewed articles in scientific journals. He has worked as the co-author for the 2nd edition of Pearson's Mastering SolidWorks. He is currently an analytics professional at a major health insurance company, has obtained a Data Science Certificate from the University of Louisville, and is pursuing a Masters in Computer Science and Engineering.
