Glynn Hulley

Dr. Glynn Hulley is a physicist in the Carbon Cycle and Ecosystems group at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Glynn's research interests are focused on the remote sensing of Earth surface properties using thermal infrared spectroscopy.
