Ganakumaran Subramaniam is Deputy Director of the Office of International Relations, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and senior lecturer at the School of Language Studies and Linguistics, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
