David Williams
David Williams is an independent scholar who has previously taught at Oxford, Sheffield and Cardiff Universities. He contributed for many years to the opinion section of the Los Angeles Times and was an editorial writer for The Japan Times for 12 years. His recent publications include The Philosophy of Japanese Wartime Resistance (2014) and Before We Go to War with China and North Korea (2017).
