Claudia Pearson

Claudia Pearson came to NOLS Rocky Mountain in Lander, Wyoming in 1977 . . . and never left. She has been the manager of the "Gourmet Gulch" since 1978, and in that time has edited seven editions of the NOLS Cookery.
