She is the co-author (with Diane Zabel) of The Quality Management Sourcebook: An International Guide to Materials and Resources (1997). DIANE ZABEL is a business librarian at the Schreyer Library for Business at Pennsylvania State University's University Park campus. An active member of the American Library Association, Zabel has chaired many committees relating to continuing education, information literacy, and building library collections. She is currently serving as the elected chair of the Collection Development and Evaluation Section of the Reference and Users Services Association, a division of the American Library Association.
