Alison Dunhill lives in Norfolk, England. Her first poetry pamphlet, "Gig Soup Scoop", was published in 1972 by Trans Gravity Advertiser. She has also been published in Joe Soap's Canoe, SurVision Magazine and the Fenland Poetry Journal. She was tutored at the Arvon Foundation by Michael Laskey and Martin Stannard in the 1990s.
