What is a wishlist?
Wishlists are a great way to let others know about the books, music and movies you'd like to read, collect, or own. Some people create wishlists a few months before they have a birthday. Others create them for no particular reason than to keep track of items they're interested in owning. The first step is to fill your wishlist with your selections. Simply search for an item you want, and click Add to Wishlist for your selection. It's that easy!

Simply delete all your wishes from your wishlist.
How do I make sure friends can find my wishlist?
You may allow others to enter your e-mail address to find your wishlist. Here's how: On your wishlist page, select the Searchable option, and then click the Update Preference button.
How do I tell friends about my wishlist?
On your wishlist page, click the link to Tell a Friend. Enter the e-mail addresses for the people you want to send your wishlist to and a personal message. Make sure to include your shipping address so your friends and family know where to ship your items!
How can I find my friend's wishlist?
Use the Search for a Wishlist option near the top of your wishlist page. Enter your friend's e-mail address to find his or her wishlist. If you can't find the wishlist, it may be set to "Not Searchable." Let your friend know to make his or her wishlist "Searchable" so you can find it. Or, if you received an e-mail notice about a wishlist, make sure to follow the link in the e-mail to view the wishlist.
What does "Searchable" and "Not Searchable" mean?
If you make your list "Searchable," your wishlist will be able to be found using the "Find a Wishlist" feature. Someone who is looking for your wishlist will be required to enter your e-mail address to find your list.
If you make your list "Not Searchable," your list cannot be found using the "Find a Wishlist" feature. You can still share your wishlist via the "Tell a Friend" feature.
How to order from a wishlist
How do I purchase an item from a wishlist?
While viewing a wishlist, you'll see that some wishes are for "exactly this item" and some wishes are for "any copy with these attributes."
When a wish has been made for an exact item, you'll see the Add to Cart button next to it on the wishlist. Simply click the Add to Cart button. From the Cart page, click the Checkout button to complete the purchase.
When a wish has been made for "any copy," you'll see the Search button next to it on the wishlist. Click the Search button to view copies of items that match the attributes selected on the wishlist. Select the item you'd like to purchase for your friend, and then click the Add to Cart button for that item. From the Cart page, click the Checkout button to complete the purchase.
Can I purchase an item from my own wishlist?
Of course! Many people use their wishlist to save items they'd like to buy at a later time. When you're ready to make a purchase from your wishlist, simply click the Add to Cart button or Search button next to the wish, and then head to the Checkout. Once you've completed the purchase, the item will be removed from your wishlist.
Where are wishlist purchases sent?
Wishlist purchases are sent to the shipping address that the person making the purchase provides during Checkout. If you're not sure that people who want to give you gifts know your shipping address, make sure to let them know! An easy way to do this is to use the Tell a Friend link on your wishlist page.
What do I do if I decide not to make a purchase after an item is in my cart?
If you change your mind about an item, we recommend moving it from your Shopping Cart to your wishlist, for future consideration. To do that, click the check box located beside the product in your cart that you want to move, and then click the Move Checked Items to Wishlist button. Alternatively, you may merely click the Move to Wishlist link that appears beside that item. Please note that any item added to your cart is reserved for you for 12 hours but may be sold to others after that time; it is best to return within 12 hours to purchase items still in your cart.
